How do I change my email?
You can change your email address here: $https://nl.deedmob.com/settings/email. Be aware that you will have to verify your new email address.
Reset my password
You can reset your password here: $https://nl.deedmob.com/forgot-password
How do I change my location?
You can change your location from the volunteering preferences section of your account and saving your change. This will automatically populate your searches with the new location, and tailor your experience.
How do I join an organization?
Some organizations are invite only. If you are invited you will receive a notification. If the organization is not invite only, you will see a button in the sidebar of the organization page: Request to Join.
Delete my account
If you really want to delete your deedmob account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address linked to your account.

Trouble receiving password reset email
Check your spam folder, and check that you typed your email address correctly when you signed up. You can see the email address linked to your account at $https://nl.deedmob.com/settings/email
Link my Facebook account
Unfortunately this is not currently possible, if you registered with an email address.
Edit my volunteering preferences
You can change your volunteering preferences here: $https://nl.deedmob.com/settings/interests
Change the language on my account
You can change the language of your account by either going to your profile setting page $https://nl.deedmob.com/settings/profile, or by changing the language from the dropdown at the bottom of the page.
